The Crucifixion Of Childhood

A child is not born with sin
We teach them that
A child is not born to hate
We teach them that
A child is not born with greed
We give them that
A child is not born with ignorance
We show them that
A child is not born to live as we do
But we teach them our ways
And in doing so we set their destiny.


This was an image I had on here when I had not long joined  Facebook but is was a much simpler shot, I have been mulling over this for a while and working on it for as long too. The image had to mean more, had to strike at a chord, to repel even if needed. But more than anything else the image had to make people think, to discuss, regardless if they were happy with the image or hated it. If it does neither then I have failed.
